Hi everyone,

It wasn't easy today. I lost to the young Belgian, Van Uytvanck. She surprised me - she played well and I couldn't figure out her game. I think she lost her focus in the second set but she served really well in the third set and saved all the break points I had against her. I never really felt good today. She's very talented, good swings, very good serve... it just didn't work for me today. If she keeps this level she'll be Top 150 or better soon. We'll see how it goes for her!

One good thing about doubles is now I look forward to doing well there. I played much better on the doubles court yesterday than I did today. It's a bit frustrating it worked out that way but it's less pressure in doubles and I can enjoy it more.

Still, not winning those matches doesn't make me feel too good, especially with the French Open coming up. It's not so easy to go into a Slam like this.

I had a walk in the city for a bit. I had to get my thoughts back - I didn't really have to go sightseeing, I just wanted to keep moving. Tonight we'll go out for a nice dinner - I feel like eating pizza again, it has been a long time! There are a few streets with lots of Greek and Italian restaurants, we might go there, but we like Asian food too. I'm not sure if I'm playing tomorrow as I haven't seen the schedule but whether I am or not I'll probably get some rest tonight.

One thing I do want to see here is the Atomium, which is a monument here, you can see it from the courts. I'll try to take a photo tomorrow. I'm not sure what it is exactly but I'm really curious to find out. Maybe I'll make a visit this week...

Have a good night and I'll talk to you all again tomorrow :)
