Like, oh my gosh! If you're in the valley, like oh my gosh, you know it was totally windy today.

Yup, that's my greeting for the day. Since we're in the valley and whatnot, I'm going to go ahead and do the whole "valley talk." Look out for the asterisks. *Like totally.*

How's everyone doing this morning? Evening? Well, depending on what time zone you're in I guess.

So let me tell you a little about day two here in beautiful Palm Springs. It's *like totally* gorgeous.

This morning we decided mercifully to not do the $85 breakfast. We were the crazy customers that showed up with the cheaper oatmeal from the breakfast shop, and just ordered the menu omelette with the egg whites instead of the egg beaters. Hey man, the customer is always right. Well, that's what I keep hearing anyway.

After our awesome, non $85 breakfast, we *like totally* went in the gym, *duh!* After our warm up, it was time to head to the courts. Once again, we went to a *totally* different place called Palm Valley (hence the valley talk) where I hit with a Romanian player, Irina-Camelia Begu. Pretty sure she has *like* the coolest name in the world, *like duh!*

After our hit, we headed to the hotel to try and relax. And that we did. As you can see from the picture, Kim and I headed to the hot tub for recovery, *duh.* Trust me when I tell you that we went in to the hot tub, and put the hardest shooting jets into our sorest areas. I mean, we are athletes. Gotta take care of that body.

So, let's take another look at that picture. Rough view huh? You have the amazing pool, you can *obviously* see the rocking atmosphere, and the super amazing mountain views. I mean, it's truly a rough life, but trust me when I tell you---somebody's gotta do it.

Once we "tried" to relax, it was time for a little grub at the site before my next hit near dusk. Oh yeah, I *totally* just dropped dusk in there. Do you even hear that word anymore? Well, now you do, so booyah!

After our amazing meal, we sat around and discussed many topics, before subjecting to people watching, along with watching what people ate. The possibilities are endless in the lunchroom. *Like totally* endless.

Alright, so here comes the fun part. You know how I've been talking about how amazing this place is? And trust me when I tell you, it *totally* is, but there was one little thing that I had not yet experienced and therefore, haven't talked about. Wanna know what it is?. I'll give you a hint. You can't see it physically. You can feel it. But it can't hurt you. Did you figure it out already? I'm not really great at riddles but if you haven't gotten it yet, it means that I'm getting the better. For those of you that guessed it---YES! You're right! The WIND!

Oh man, today, NO JOKE, the wind speed must have gotten up to at least 50 mile and hour GUSTS! *Like totally* windy. How much fun do you think I had playing with that? I must have retossed the ball on my serve 5-8 times per serve. Yeah, it was honestly hilarious to see from a spectator's point of view, but from my view along with my hitting partner's view, it was no laughing matter. Now, let me get something clear. The wind is not all that bad. If you use the wind to your advantage on the court, you're most likely going to come out with the W. But if you don't appreciate the wind and use it to your advantage, chances are you're going to get blown off the court---no pun intended.

After removing all the sand from my teeth that was caused by this vicious beast, it was time to get some real food in between my teeth. What better place than LG's steakhouse with our awesome friend, Tim Curry. Now, for those of y'all that know Tim, y'all are very lucky people. He's the coolest cat in town. He's got an amazing family, and he's awesome at what he does. For those of you that don't know Tim---you ought to. Go get it done.

And dinner conversation? Yup, you *totally* guessed it---we talked Spongebob! Kim and Tim both have babies that are nearing the age of getting into the whole TV show scene, so what did we discuss---? Patrick, Squidward, Plankton, Spongebob---the entire crew. We even quoted some memorable lines. Ah, what a great dinner.

So, I don't play my first match until Thursday! But, there's *like* some awesome tennis that will be going all day tomorrow so ya'll better keep up!

Keep spinning world.
