BRISBANE, Australia - Justine Henin, one of the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour's all-time greatest players, made her professional return at the Brisbane International last week, and now you can watch what happened right here.
Henin, a seven-time Grand Slam champion who left the game in May 2008 ranked No.1 in the world, announced her return last September and in her first tournament back in Brisbane last week - as an unranked wildcard, no less - made it all the way to the final, beating Nadia Petrova, Sesil Karatantcheva, Melinda Czink and Ana Ivanovic along the way. Henin would eventually lose to Kim Clijsters in the final in dramatic fashion, rallying from 63 41 down and holding match points at 5-4 in the third set before eventually falling in a deciding set tie-break, 63 46 76(6).
