NEW YORK, NY, USA - Most Sony Ericsson WTA Tour players turn pro after finishing high school or even earlier, but some have gone to college first. Those who win the NCAA Championships are often awarded a wildcard into that year's US Open, and some have gone on to successful pro careers, like 1992 and 1993 NCAA champion Lisa Raymond.
