Something Completely Different... Part XIII
Caroline Wozniacki

Press conferences are excellent for finding out how a player felt they did in their match, their form and what they think of their next opponent - but what about all of those completely unrelated questions? Here is the first of many random questions posed to several of the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour's brightest stars.

What's the nicest thing anyone has ever done for you?

Elena Dementieva: When my whole family comes together is always my best moment. We all have different lives and different careers and are all very busy, so whenever we are able to come together it's very special.

Ana Ivanovic: The support and sacrifices my family made for me when I was young are amazing. I owe them a lot and will always be grateful for it.

Sabine Lisicki: The support from my parents, friends and everyone I trust is so valuable. A lot of people don't see the little things they do for you but those are the most important things.

Bethanie Mattek-Sands: My husband flew me to Paris to propose to me.

Nadia Petrova: One year when I was in Paris, I received flowers from someone who was in Melbourne. It was really special!

Marion Bartoli: I'm a huge fan of Pete Sampras. Paul Annacone made a bet with me when I was 16 that if I won the Orange Bowl I'd get one of his special Pete Sampras Nike shirts, signed by Pete. I won the Orange Bowl in December and got it the next June at the French Open. It was the best day of my life. I still have it in my bedroom now, nine years later.

Caroline Wozniacki: I was at a party with one of my friends and I wanted to go home, but I didn't have a car and there were no taxis, and I tried calling around for a ride but couldn't get anyone. So my friend drove me home and went back to the party afterwards. It's not often someone would do that for someone else!

Aleksandra Wozniak: One of the last nice things someone did for me was when I left for Europe earlier this year for some tournaments, I got a nice little thoughtful card in my suitcase.

Katarina Srebotnik: Oh, there are many nice things people have done for me so I cannot say what the nicest thing was. Big things don't necessarily impress me - mostly it's the little things that matter to me and make me smile :)

Liezel Huber: Oh goodness. There's a million things. I have the best husband and the greatest friends. Maybe just that they love me and are there for me is the greatest feeling!

Michaella Krajicek: There are so many things I appreciate that my family, friends and fans do, that it would be impossible to just pick one of them!
