NEW HAVEN, CT, USA - Kveta Peschke and Katarina Srebotnik won their second Premier-level title of the year on Saturday night, saving a set point to win the first set then rolling through the second set against Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Meghann Shaughnessy in the Pilot Pen Tennis at Yale final.

Peschke and Srebotnik, winners at Indian Wells earlier in the year and runners-up another five times together, were at 4-5 and deuce in the first set, a set point with no-ad scoring; with Srebotnik serving they saved it and won the game, the first of nine straight games for the Czech-Slovenian duo - they won, 75 60.

"They were playing so fast in the first set but somehow we handled it and won the set. To win 6-0 in the second set is unbelievable," Peschke said. "I don't know how it happened but we're happy it did and it's great to win a final again. It was a great match and every win gives you confidence. A title is even sweeter."

Peschke won her 16th Tour doubles title, Srebotnik her 23rd. They are now 2-5 in finals this year, winning Indian Wells and New Haven and recording runner-up finishes at Dubai, Stuttgart, Roland Garros, Eastbourne and Montréal.
