The field for the doubles event at the WTA Championships - Doha 2010 is set, with Gisela Dulko and Flavia Pennetta, Kveta Peschke and Katarina Srebotnik, Lisa Raymond and Rennae Stubbs and Vania King and Yaroslava Shvedova having qualified. With four players who have dominated the doubles scene the past few years - Cara Black and Liezel Huber and the Williams sisters - not playing in Doha this year, the event represents some new blood, as Dulko, Pennetta, King and Shvedova have never played in the year-end Championships before. However, Peschke, Srebotnik, Raymond and Stubbs have (In fact, Raymond and Stubbs have competed in it together six times, but not since 2002). How did they do and will that experience serve them well this year as they compete for the $375,000 first prize (per team)?
