Petra Kvitova's Story, From The Beginning
Petra Kvitova

PROSTEJOV, Czech Republic - Petra Kvitova is one of the most soft-spoken players in the upper echelon of women's tennis, but there's nothing soft about her game - huge serve, huge groundstrokes, perfect volleys - there aren't many with a bigger arsenal. So how did she develop such a flashy game?

This Sunday night on the Tennis Channel, follow Kvitova's story from the very start, from when she first started picking up balls for her brothers in Fulnek to when she first held a racquet of her own, to the years practicing indoors during the cold Czech winters - the documentary includes interviews with Kvitova herself, as well as her coach David Kotyza, her parents and older brother.

Kvitova is spending the off-season preparing at her home club in Prostejov, the Czech Republic, with a huge emphasis on fitness, before heading to Australia to begin her 2013 season in Brisbane, Sydney and the Australian Open.

Watch the Tennis Channel this Sunday, December 2, at 7pm EST (4pm PST).
