MONTRÉAL, Canada - There's no doubt about it, Eugenie Bouchard isn't just one of Canada's most promising young stars, she's one of the WTA's most promising young stars - she won the Wimbledon junior title in the summer and made her way up to No.144 on this year's November 5 year-end rankings.

So how has she been spending her off-season, apart from all of the training?

Doing what any girl would do - a little bit of shopping, of course. The 18-year-old Canadian, a Garage Clothing Brand Champion, stopped off at the company's flagship store in Montréal for a shopping date and an interview, talking about everything from dreaming big, achieving your goals, fashion likes and dislikes and Agatha Christie mysteries - among many, many other things.

"I train about five to six hours per day, six days a week," Bouchard says of her work ethic in the interview at Garage. "Normally I play about four hours of tennis per day and do two hours of fitness. During tournaments I train less."

And on the aforementioned Agatha Christie novels? "I really like Agatha Christie mystery novels. I've read so many of them. I am a bit nerdy!"

Bouchard also talks about her fashion likes and dislikes, including her "go-to" outfit. "I am pretty casual. I like jeans and a t-shirt for everyday, and boots and Nike high-tops. It's a relief to be out of athletic clothes because I spend days in them. They are definitely comfortable but it is also fun to dress up."
