LOS ANGELES, CA, USA - Victoria Duval, who made a splash in New York City last week with her breakthrough first round win over Samantha Stosur at the US Open, headed out to Los Angeles on Tuesday for her first media blitz, which included a big TV spot - The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.

The 17-year-old Duval came out of qualifying and stunned No.11 seed and 2011 US Open champion Stosur in the first round, capturing the attention of the tennis world as she won a nail-biter over on Louis Armstrong Stadium. It was her first match against a Top 20 player (read more about it here).

Duval kept tabs all day via social media, having recently joined Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
