The ITF has named Agnieszka Radwanska, Simona Halep, Teliana Pereira and Sabina Sharipova as the first four winners of the 2014 Fed Cup Heart Award.

Radwanska went 2-0 in singles and 1-0 in doubles in Poland's first round defeat of Sweden in World Group II in February to win her second Fed Cup Heart Award. She is now 38-7 all-time in Fed Cup and will look to improve on that even more in a World Group playoff against Spain this weekend.

In their Group 1 matches in February, Romania's Halep went 1-0 in singles and 0-1 in doubles, Brazil's Pereira went 2-0 in singles and Uzbekistan's Sharipova went 2-0 in singles and 0-1 in doubles.

Over 60,000 fans voted on fedcup.com and fedcup.com/es to decide the winners, who will receive a check to donate to a charity of their choice. Radwanska, Halep and Pereira will receive their awards during Fed Cup matches this weekend.

"There were some outstanding performances during the Fed Cup ties in February, so I would like to congratulate all four players for coming out on top of the public vote," ITF President Ricci Bitti said. "The Fed Cup Heart Award continues to reward players for the commitment they make to their team and the competition as a whole. I am sure that all the winners will take great pride in making their donations to charity."

An ITF initiative that was first presented to Melanie Oudin at the 2009 Fed Cup Final, the Fed Cup Heart Award recognizes players who have represented their country with distinction, shown exceptional courage on court and demonstrated outstanding commitment to their team.
