EASTBOURNE, England - Agnieszka Radwanska was bounced in the first round of the Aegon International on Monday, but if history is anything to go by, that may be a good sign for Wimbledon.

The week before her three best Grand Slam results, Radwanska has lost her opening match:

2012 Wimbledon - Finalist
Week Before: lost opening match in Eastbourne (l. to Tsvetana Pironkova)

2013 Wimbledon - Semifinalist
Week Before: lost opening match in Eastbourne (l. to Jamie Hampton)

2014 Australian Open - Semifinalist
Week Before: lost opening match in Sydney (l. to Bethanie Mattek-Sands)

Will history repeat itself at 2014 Wimbledon?

* Apart from those three runs to the semifinals or better, Radwanska's best Grand Slam results are seven quarterfinals (four at the Australian Open, one at the French Open and two at Wimbledon).
