WTA Rising Star Ajla Tomljanovic announced Thursday morning she will be switching nationalities from Croatia to Australia.

The 21-year-old started last season ranked outside the Top 400 and currently sits just outside the Top 50 at World No.56.

Tomljanovic's Australian conection? She is currently coached by David Taylor, Samantha Stosur's former coach.
