USTA: Gibbs Grabs US Open Wildcard

Nicole Gibbs' victory at the USTA Pro Circuit US Open Wild Card Challenge earned her a third straight berth into the US Open.

USTA: Gibbs Grabs US Open Wildcard

Twenty-one-year-old American Nicole Gibbs earned her third consecutive appearance in the US Open main draw by winning the 2014 USTA Pro Circuit US Open Wild Card Challenge.

Gibbs previously was awarded wildcards into the US Open in 2012 and 2013 after winning the NCAA Tournament singles title those two years while at Stanford.
