Marion Bartoli, who made a fairytale run to the Wimbledon title a year ago, will join Martina Navratilova and Tracy Austin at the WTA Legends Event in Singapore.

SINGAPORE - Marion Bartoli, who won her first Grand Slam title at Wimbledon last year and then in a surprise move announced her retirement from professional tennis just a few weeks later, has been announced as the third WTA legend to compete at the WTA Legends Event, which is set to take place in conjunction with the BNP Paribas WTA Finals Singapore presented by SC Global this October.

Bartoli will join the four-player field that already includes Martina Navratilova and Tracy Austin.
