WTA World No.4 Elina Svitolina wrote herself into tennis history by winning the 2018 WTA Finals in October and on Thursday was hanging out in some elite sporting company.

The Ukrainian was joined by four-time Olympic gold medal-winning athlete Mo Farah and soccer star Kylian Mbappé, who played a starring role as France won the 2018 World Cup in Russia, at a Nike event.

She was not, however, the only WTA star to be holding court with such illustrious figures.

Eugenie Bouchard was busy meeting tennis royalty in the form of Bjorn Bork, who she described as her "man crush".

Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova was busy trying her hand at golf on the French Riviera on a day off as she continues her preparations for 2019.

Shelby Rogers, meanwhile, was taken in by the NHL clash between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Buffalo Sabres, which the Bolts won 5-4 in a thriller.

Andrea Sestini Hlavackova will hope to go into the new season in peak physical condition - and she's been hanging out with the WTA's physios in order to try and make it happen.
