BIRMINGHAM, England - History was made at the Aegon Classic Birmingham on Wednesday, as Sabine Lisicki hit 27 aces to beat Belinda Bencic - a new WTA record for most aces in a single match.

It's not the first time Lisicki has created serving history, either. At the Bank Of The West Classic in Stanford last year, she hit a 131mph serve against Ana Ivanovic - the WTA record for fastest serve.
