One of the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour's Top 10 elite, Vera Zvonareva, has decided to give fans a deeper look into her life and career, relaunching her official website with new and exciting features.

The website features a brand new overall look and layout as well as a new guestbook section. It also features a deeper look into the Russian star's work off the court, such as her involvement with UNESCO and her interest in helping find a cure for Rett Syndrome. Bio information, photos, stats and even a video gallery make this one of the most complete player websites out there.

"I am excited to be launching my new website this off-season," she said. "It has taken some time but I am really happy with it and I hope all my fans enjoy it as well. There is a guestbook section and I hope everyone feels free to send me some messages. I really enjoy hearing from my fans. It means a lot to me."

It was another Top 10 season for Zvonareva but it was riddled with injury lay-offs, mostly due to an ankle injury she suffered at the Family Circle Cup in Charleston in April. On Wednesday, November 11 in Rotterdam, she underwent minor arthroscopic surgery on her right ankle to remove scar tissue. She will remain in the Netherlands for two weeks for extensive rehab and should be cleared to return to the courts in four to five weeks to prepare for 2010.
