The last stop on the Far East leg of the WTA calendar is in Osaka, Japan, for the HP Japan Women's Open Tennis. Held at Utsubo Tennis Center in October, this is an International level event.
The 2011 singles champion was Marion Bartoli. Kimiko Date-Krumm still holds the tournament record with four titles here.
