The Abierto Mexicano TELCEL is held at the Fairmont Acapulco Princess in Acapulco, Mexico, as a combined men's-women's event the last week of February on red clay.
It has been voted by the players their favorite International event six times since it was first staged in 2001. Gisela Dulko is the defending champion.
