Eva Birnerova had never been past a quarterfinal but made it all the way to the final in Tashkent.
Ksenia Pervak ended Eva Birnerova's run, 63 61, winning nine of the last 10 games of the match.
Ksenia Pervak lifted her first WTA title in her second final, having reached the Baku final in July.
The Kichenok sisters, Ksenia Pervak, Vitalia Diatchenko, Eleni Daniilidou and Eva Birnerova.
Ksenia Pervak not only took away 37,000 dollars for her win, she was also given a brand new car.
Ksenia Pervak, who just turned 20 this year, showed off her car key and trophy in the media room.
There were kids clinics, autograph sessions and many more activities during the Tashkent Open.
Among those activites was an Oriflame press conference featuring Uzbekistan's own Akgul Amanmuradova.
