Peng Shuai hit the practice courts in Bali ahead of her first match against Nadia Petrova.

Ana Ivanovic was one of two players awarded wildcards into the draw, along with Peng Shuai.

Ana Ivanovic and Roberta Vinci took part in Cookies For Charity, creating their own recipes.

The two WTA stars were guided by Ewald Jeske, Executive Chef of the Westin Resort Nusa Dua.

The cookies will be sold to raise money for UNICEF education projects in the Asia Pacific region.

The two would end up going from the kitchen to the court - they drew each other first round.

Sabine Lisicki hit the beaches to take part in the Dubai Duty Free Travel Show from Bali.

Nadia Petrova beat Peng Shuai in the first match of the week, serving up a 64 63 victory.

Ana Ivanovic followed on Night 1 with a 63 63 triumph over cookie partner Roberta Vinci.
