Serena Williams and Gisela Dulko headed to the Santa Lucia Riverwalk for a very special event.
The American No.1 and South American No.1 played mini-tennis on a platform mounted on the water.
Serena Williams, who is not competing in the tournament but came to visit, busted some moves.
The event was organized by the tournament and the two later played doubles mini-tennis as well.
There were about 2,000 fans and media present for the event, which was held on Sunday afternoon.
Serena Williams said she was disappointed not to be able to play this week due to an ankle injury.
Serena Williams also said she loved the tournament venue and the beautiful city of Monterrey.
This is the fourth edition of the Whirlpool Monterrey Open. The hardcourt event began in 2009.
