Sixteen-year-old Donna Vekic has emerged as one of the freshest new faces on the WTA in recent weeks.
With some impressive power and poise for someone so young, Vekic reached her first WTA final in Tashkent.
Vekic came through qualifying and ended up as the runner-up, falling to Irina-Camelia Begu in the final.
Vekic was the youngest player to make it to a WTA final since Tamira Paszek won Portoroz six years ago.
By virtue of the result, Vekic surged from No.183 to a new career-high of No.121 on the WTA Rankings.
Vekic is the youngest player in the Top 500, and one of only three players in the Top 500 born in 1996.
Born in Osijek, Croatia, Vekic started playing tennis at six years old and is currently based in London.
These photos were from Vekic's first photo shoot - the Croatian enjoys the fashionable side of tennis.
Vekic had just signed with Nike and had an array of different clothes to enjoy and try on for the shoot.
Vekic was happy to do the photo shoot and particularly enjoyed the shots with the wind blowing in her hair.
