Maria Sharapova headed to the Porsche Museum in the Zuffenhausen district of Stuttgart on Monday.
A special announcement was on the menu - Sharapova was named Porsche's first ever brand ambassador.
Matthias Müller, the CEO of Porsche AG, was on hand for the introduction of the new partnership.
Sharapova posed for photos in a Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet during Monday's announcement.
The partnership has been signed for three years and will include a global communications campaign.
Sharapova is familiar with Porsche - by winning the title in Stuttgart last year, she won one.
Sharapova isn't just the defending champion in Stuttgart this year - she is also the No.1 seed.
Sharapova also posed with a Porsche 911 2.0 Coupe.
... and with a Porsche 956 C race car.
... and with a Porsche 718 RS 60 Spyder.
The display area at the Porsche Museum covers 5600 square metres featuring around 80 exhibits.
The original Porsche museum opened in 1976 and was only big enough to hold about 20 exhibits.
