Some very notable names took part in a lighting ceremony at the Empire State Building on Thursday.
USTA President David Haggerty joined Victoria Azarenka, Billie Jean King and Stacey Allaster there.
The event was to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the WTA and equal prize money at the US Open.
Azarenka, a finalist at the US Open last year, shared some words about the milestones at the event.
And Azarenka wasn't the only WTA legend to speak at the Empire State Building on Thursday...
King sure has a lot to say about the WTA - she founded it as part of the Original 9 back in 1973.
Azarenka's best Grand Slam memories actually come in Australia - she has won that major two times.
There was also time for some photos up high on the Empire State Building after the ceremony.
Allaster, the Chairman & CEO of the WTA, also spoke at the event and posed for photos with the pair.
The Empire State Building shone its tower lights in pink and purple to celebrate the anniversary.
