2001 - Second season-ending Top 50 ranking and third consecutive in Top 60; reached 3r at Australian Open, Roland Garros, Berlin and Rome; scored Top 20 wins over No. 14 A. Huber in Estoril 1r and No. 19 Rubin in Berlin 1r
2002 - Won ITF/Modena-ITA and runner-up at Helsinki (d. world No. 14 Farina Elia, l. to qualifier Kuznetsova 76 third set), but early season interrupted by mononucleosis (out three months after Paris [Indoors], returning at Hamburg); qualified for Berlin, Rome (d. world No. 19 Tanasugarn en route to 3r), Vienna, US Open, Leipzig, Zurich and Linz

2005 - Season highlighted by QF finish at 's-Hertogenbosch (d. world No.6, top seed Dementieva en route when after the Russian ret. w/right shoulder strain; l. to eventual champion Koukalova) and doubles SF at Paris [Indoors] (w/Camerin) and Warsaw (w/Dragomir Ilie); fell 2r four times (incl. Australian Open), 1r 12 times (incl. other three Grand Slams) and in qualifying five times.
