Graduated from Clemson University with a degree in mathematics; played tennis at Clemson, 2002-05; led them to back-to-back NCAA semifinals in 2004, 2005; also reached singles semifinals in 2004; was three-time ITF All-American at Clemson and ACC Player of the Year in 2004 ... Was thinking of making 2008 her last year on Tour but after beating Ivanovic at US Open has reconsidered.
