How does one of the brightest WTA Rising Stars stay in great shape?

USANA Brand Ambassador Madison Keys shows us her four go-to exercises:

     1. Warm up on the elliptical for about 30-40 minutes
     2. Sit-ups on an exercise ball. 2-3 sets of 20-30 sit-ups
     3. Tricep pulldown to help develop a strong serve
     4. Squat thrust to work both legs and shoulders at the same time
