BIRMINGHAM, England - A number of WTA Rising Stars didn't just shine on the court at the Aegon Classic Birmingham, they shone off the court - let's take a look at some of the best pics from the week.

First, Michelle Larcher de Brito - she pulled off one of the biggest upsets of the week by beating Ana Ivanovic, and afterwards the No.135-ranked Portuguese qualifier was met by some adoring fans:

And then there was Garbiñe Muguruza testing out a new racquet during a visit to the Kids Zone:

Joined by World No.1 doubles player Sania Mirza, British No.1 Heather Watson helped open the newly-refurbished courts at Birmingham's Cannon Hill Park. The courts will offer free tennis to everyone.

And Katerina Siniakova, who upset Andrea Petkovic en route to the quarterfinals in Birmingham, took some time out to visit the Birmingham Royal Ballet - the Czech was the center of attention there too.
