BUCHAREST, Romania – More than a hundred children from all over Romania gathered at the BRD Bucharest Open for a chance to meet some of their country’s best up-and-coming players at the tournament’s Kids Day.

Romania’s fastest rising stars Irina Bara, Georgia Craciun and Mihaela Marculescu packed Centre Court for a day of tennis, with countrywoman Ana Bogdan joining later on after her second round match.

The players ran through fun drills, awarded hundreds of autographs, and even handed out gifts from tournament sponsors BRD Groupe Societe Generale Romania, Dr. Oetker Romania, and the Romanian Tennis Federation for the kids to keep as souvenirs from a special day.
