Kenin scored wins over a World No. 1 in back-to-back weeks, as she defeated Ashleigh Barty in Toronto and Naomi Osaka in Cincinnati, while her 15-year-old compatriot made another splash at a Grand Slam with a third-round showing at the US Open.
