The Top 20 on the WTA Porsche Race to Shenzhen stays the same this week, with Petra Kvitova, champion at Sydney and Stuttgart, still occupying pole position.

World No.1 Naomi Osaka sits in the No.2 spot, trailing Kvitova by almost 650 points. But Kvitova's compatriot Karolina Pliskova is placed third, and is nipping at the Japanese player’s heels with just 250 points separating them.

While the Top 8 stayed the same, there was a bit of shuffling of positions among players on the bubble, who occupy the Top 9 - 20 spots. Danielle Collins, Aryna Sabalenka, Marketa Vondrousova and Donna Vekic all slid down one spot as Elise Mertens - who reached the quarterfinals in Rabat - jumped No.18 up to No.15.

Last week’s International-level champions enjoyed a boost on the Race as well, with Rabat winner Maria Sakkari rising 47 spots to No.33, and Jil Teichmann, winner in Prague, improving 133 spots to No.55.
