Ukrainian teenager Dayana Yastremska's charge up the WTA rankings continued in 2019, and you rewarded her with the title of Breakthrough Player of the Month for January.

Yastremska had her best Grand Slam result in the first month of the year, and started the month and began the next by winning her second WTA title.

She topped first-time major semifinalist Danielle Collins, fellow teenage sensation Amanda Anisimova and Aussie Ashleigh Barty with nearly 47 percent of your votes.
