MATCH POINTS

Sara Errani and Bibiane Schoofs will square off for their first meeting. 2012 French Open finalist Errani made the quarterfinals in her most recent showing at the Claro Open Colsanitas, in 2017.

This will be the first meeting between Lara Arruabarrena and Jasmine Paolini. Arruabarrena is the 2012 Bogota champion and has also reached the final in the last two years. She has made at least the quarterfinals in all six of her prior appearances, and is 21-5 in main draw matches at the event in her career.

Tamara Zidansek and Sachia Vickery will face off for the first time. 5th-seeded Zidansek, the World No.67, is the highest-seeded player remaining in the singles draw.

Magda Linette and Astra Sharma will meet for the first time. Linette is a win away from making the Bogota quarterfinals for the third straight year, which would be at all three of her appearances at the event.
