The two finalists at the Qatar Total Open, the first WTA Premier 5 event of the season, are the standout movers in this week's Porsche Race to Singapore.

Champion Petra Kvitova, who extended her winning streak to 13 matches with a three-set triumph over Garbiñe Muguruza to win her second straight title and return to the Top 10 in the WTA Rankings, moved up four spots to No.4 in the Race this week.

However, it was Muguruza, who won consecutive matches for the first time this season in Doha in her fourth tournament of the year, who authored the biggest move.

The Spaniard, who's qualified for each of the last three editions of the WTA Finals, moves up 38 spots to No.7 in the Race this week.

Elsewhere in the standings, breakout Romanian Mihaela Buzarnescu moved up two spots and cracked the Top 10 after reaching the third round in Doha, scoring a win over French Open champion Jelena Ostapenko in the process.

The Frenchwoman made the semifinals in Singapore last season on her debut.
