If Muguruza and Safarova win Wednesday, Muguruza qualifies as group winner, Kvitova eliminated (Safarova and Kerber would play for the No.2 spot on Friday).

If Muguruza wins in straight sets and Kvitova wins in three sets, Muguruza qualifies (position TBD).

If Kerber and Kvitova win Wednesday, Kerber qualifies as group winner, Safarova eliminated (Kvitova and Muguruza play for the No.2 spot on Friday).

If Kerber wins in straight sets and Safarova wins in three sets, Kerber qualifies (position TBD).

Any other combination of results will mean qualification comes down to Friday's matches.

If Hingis/Mirza and Kops-Jones/Spears win, Hingis/Mirza qualify as group winners, and Babos/Mladenovic eliminated (Kops-Jones/Spears and Hlavackova/Hradecka would play for No.2 spot on Friday).

If Hingis/Mirza win in straight sets and Babos/Mladenovic win in three sets, Hingis/Mirza qualify (position TBD).

If Hlavackova/Hradecka and Babos/Mladenovic win Wednesday, Hlavackova/Hradecka qualify as group winners and Kops-Jones/Spears eliminated (Babos/Mladenovic and Hingis/Mirza play for No.2 spot on Friday).

If Hlavackova/Hradecka win in straight sets and Kops-Jones/Spears win in three sets, Hlavackova/Hradecka qualify (position TBD).
