Madison Keys and Fearlessly Girl kicked off the inaugural Kinder Girl World Day on May 21, which encourages young women to speak out about online abuse and bullying.
Keys's message, movement, and hard work has brought numerous plaudits and messages of empowerment from her WTA colleagues.
WTA stars took to social media to spread messages of kindness and positivity to women who have inspired them, with the hashtag
“Choose people who lift you up” – I can’t think of a better quote from @MichelleObama for today. My friends lift me up because they’re always there for me, even if it’s just to send me a funny meme 😂 Who lifts you up when you need it most? #KinderGirlWorldDay pic.twitter.com/QAoZObEGkM
