With two months until the start of the Australian Open, the leading players on the WTA Tour have been taking time off from the sport to recharge their batteries after another grueling long season.

Daria Kasatkina took to the snow of the Slovakian mountains, while Maria Sharapova and Alizé Cornet preferred warmer climes, taking time out in Hawaii and Mauritius respectively.

Wimbledon champion Garbiñe Muguruza got to know the local wildlife as she holidayed in Bali, as Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova opted for a bit of culture, taking in the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.
