Luksika Kumkhum has moved up to WTA World No.66 off the back of her success at the Taipei OEC Open.

The Thai overcame former WTA World No.12 Sabine Lisicki, 6-1, 6-3 in the final of the event, in which she did not drop a single set all week.

Her reward was a leap into the Top 75 of the Ranking, moving up from 81.

Here are the other notable movers from the final week of 125K events in 2018:

Sofya Zhuk (+15, No.134 to No.119): The Russian beat No.3 seed Heather Watson in Houston, where she made the semifinals before going down to Lauren Davis.

Vitalia Diatchenko (+12, No.132 to No.120): Held a one set lead over Sabine Lisicki in the semifinals of Taipei but was eventually ousted, having previously defeated No.4 seed Zhu Lin.

Lauren Davis (+68, No.241 to No.173): The American has leapt back into the Top 200 courtesy of her run to the final in Houston, where she had been a qualifier.

Bibiane Schoofs (+34, No.211 to No.177): Another to make strong progress into the Top 200, the Dutchwoman reached the semifinals of Taipei.

Peng Shuai (+113, No.296 to No.183): The 32-year-old former WTA World No.14 has made a monster leap up the Ranking after winning in Houston.
