Rivalry record: Jelena Ostapenko vs Petra Kvitova

Grand Slam champions Petra Kvitova and Jelena Ostapenko battled four times in 2016, winning two matches apiece. The power players rekindled their rivalry in the quarterfinals of the 2018 St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy.
