Career in Review
In 2023 reached QF three times at Hua Hin (l. eventual champion Zhu), Bogota (l. Stearns) and Lausanne (l. Bondar). In WTA 125 series, she won the Bari title defeating No.1 seed Cornet (d. Sramkova in F) and reached SF at Iasi and Ljubljana, all on clay.
Started the 2022 season strongly further improving the ranking from No.30 to No.22 with SF at Adelaide 2 (l. Riske Amritraj) and 3r run at Australian Open (l. Cornet)
Fell short on clay in 2022, with 1r exit at Stuttgart (l. Siegemund) and Rome (l. Kasatkina) and unable to repeat last year's performance at Roland Garros, only making 3r (l. Pegula)
After 1r exits at Wimbledon and US Open, salvaged the season with QF at Monastir (l. Cornet) and R-Up run at ITF W60 Monastir (l. Mladenovic)
Dropped out of Top 100 at the end of 2022 for first time since 2018.
