Jelena Ostapenko won her fifth career title, and third at WTA 500 level or above, at the 2022 Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships. The Latvian defeated four consecutive Grand Slam champions, came from a set down in three straight matches, saved one match point, won two deciding tiebreaks and dished out two bagel sets.
