Nottingham: Golubic drops just five games against former champ Vekic
Viktorija Golubic upset No.4 seed and 2017 champion Donna Vekic in the second round of the Rothesay Open in straight sets. It was the Swiss player's first Top 20 win since beating Madison Keys at Tallinn 2022, and moved her into her first WTA quarterfinal since Warsaw 2022.
