Schmiedlova takes out Juvan for 7th straight win, 3rd QF of 2021: Cluj-Napoca Highlights
Anna Karolina Schmiedlova, champion last week at the Belgrade 125, extended her winning streak to seven by taking out sixth seed Kaja Juvan to reach the Winners Open quarterfinals. It is a third last-eight run at WTA level this year following Guadalajara and Monterrey for Schmiedlova, who saved three set points in the first set.
