Schmiedlova escapes Osorio from 5-1, match point down in decider
An all-qualifier Hobart International first round saw Anna Karolina Schmiedlova pull off a comeback from 5-1 and match point down in the third set against Camila Osorio, who also led 3-1 in the second set. Schmiedlova, the 2019 finalist, wrapped up victory in 2 hours and 32 minutes.
