Qualifier Harriet Dart upset No.5 seed Elisabetta Cocciaretto from a set and 3-0 down in the second round of the Transylvania Open, advancing to her first tour-level quarterfinal on hard courts. All four of the Briton's previous WTA quarterfinals had come on grass in her home country.
