Forehand down the line, backhand down the line, angle in the forecourt: No.15 seed Elina Svitolina pulled out all the stops before collecting a 6-3, 7-6(7) victory over her fellow Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina in the first round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships. Svitolina won this title in 2017 and 2018.
