Goerges & Safarova team up to deliver toys in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, OH, USA - Julia Goerges and Lucie Safarova formed the perfect tag team to make lots of kids at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital very happy.

Up first, Goerges and her coach Michael Geserer started things off with a trip to the local Cincinnati Target.

Armed with the hospital’s wishlist, the pair scoured the aisles for the perfect toys for kids of all ages, along with fun t-shirts and more.

After that, it was Safarova’s turn. The Czech player delivered the toys for them the next day when she went on a visit to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

During the visit, she stopped by the Seacrest Studios for an interview that was broadcast in the children’s rooms.

After meeting with Lucky, an 8-year-old from South Carolina and William, from Rochester, to deliver their toys, Safarova headed into the activities room for a bit of fun.

She took on Johnny in a game of pool - he was victorious… but then again, he also made his own rules! And afterwards, Johnny taught Safarova and her team the Floss dance.
