Epic rallies and match point saves as Martincova upsets Pavlyuchenkova: Ostrava Highlights
Wildcard Tereza Martincova held her first match points at 5-1 in the second set over fifth seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, but needed a second-set tiebreak to close out the win in the second round of the J&T Banka Ostrava Open. It was Martincova's third career Top 20 win.
